CruiseControl.NET: Organizing projects

March 15, 2011

Sometimes there are more than one project on Cruise Control .NET. So you need to organize project for easy reconfiguration. It is useful to create configuration file for each project and plug files you need into main ccnet.config file.

For example: we have 2 project configuration files project1.config and project2.config. The main cc.net configuration file structure will be following:

<!DOCTYPE cruisecontrol [
<!ENTITY project1 SYSTEM "file:project1.config">
<!ENTITY project2 SYSTEM "file:project2config">
]>
<cruisecontrol xmlns:cb="urn:ccnet.config.builder">
 &project1;
 &project2;
</cruisecontrol>
